Lance Bass has opened up for the first time about the sexual harassment he and his bandmates encountered during their time in *NSYNC.

Lance made the admission on The Meredith Vieira Show, while discussing Ashley Judd's recent allegation that she was sexually harassed by a Hollywood executive.

The 36 year old told Meredith: "When I was 16 or 17, when we started [in *NSYNC], there was someone who we worked with who was inappropriately touching us.

"I was aware - even then at 16 - that this guy was a paedophile and he was touching me oddly. I didn't feel victimised at the time because I was very aware of it.

"With the guys we would talk about it. We would kind of joke about it - but it's not a joking thing! As a kid, it was odd.

"I'm glad we were aware of it, and didn't feel victimised at the time."

None of the other members of *NSYNC have commented on this as of yet.
