But in a very strange twist, we’ve suddenly been feeling all sorts of nostalgic pangs thanks to this ultra noughties reality TV star confirming she is pregnant.
Lauren Conrad is expecting her first child with husband, William Tell.

We can’t believe that LC is a fully grown human. In our heads she’s still a teenager sitting in the Vogue fashion cupboard with Whitney Port.
She posted the CUTEST pic on Instagram to share the news, writing: “Happy New Year! I have a feeling 2017 is going to be the best year yet …”
Congrats, guys.
Now we can’t stop thinking about The Hills. And BEFORE The Hills, when it was all about Laguna Beach and Stephen Colletti.

Oh, remember way back when? Reality TV was brand new and we’d spend our weekends watching LC and her mates roaming around in Orange County living it up.
She was forever being elbowed out of the way by Kristin Cavallari when it came to getting the guy.
She made us all want to be fashion gals when she got an internship at Teen Vogue, and she managed to cry a single mascara tear (who knew that was even possible IRL?).
And, lest we forget, she had such a huge falling out with Heidi Pratt over her now-husband, Spencer, that we’re still saying: “I want to forgive you … and I want to forget you,” now.
And all this before the Kardashians were even a thing (although Kim did appear in a pilot episode for The Hills once, lolol).
