Lauren Goodger has apologised for posing with a suspicious roll-up cigarette.

The reality star posted a picture online of herself with the cigarette hanging from her mouth as she hid her face under a hat before quickly deleting it.

But, it’s alright, guys - former The Only Way Is Essex regular Lauren was only joking about, insisting the snap was completely innocent.

She tweeted: “Sorry for any offence caused from stupid pic last night, messing about posing as Rihanna with unlit rolled up cigarette. I don’t condone drugs.”

And Lauren got a positive response from fans who replied to let her know they were still on her side.

One person wrote: “Ignore the haters. People will always find something to knock you down with... I like that you are just you!”

Another tweeted: “You’re an amazing girl and you haven’t got a bad bone in you.”

The news comes after the former Celebrity Big Brother housemate spoke of her worry after her dad came off his motorbike in an accident.

She wrote: “Hoping my Dad OK, came off his motorbike tonight. Just had call, he in hospital .. So now waiting to see his scans OK. Makes you realise.”
