The ex-TOWIE star appeared on Loose Women today to discuss her whopping 4 stone weight loss. Posing outside the studios with her wheelbarrow of fat, Lauren looked confident and happy in a black and blue mini dress. Even her nipples looked proud.

The 29-year-old, who is currently busy promoting her fitness DVD, had to deal with some awkward questions about her ex-boyfriend Mark Wright’s new wife Michelle Keegan whilst on the show.

One of the Loose Women panellist’s Nadia Sawalha probed Lauren about her weight loss, asking whether she had shed the pounds to compete with Michelle to which Lauren answered, “I completely get it and I can see why people would think that, but where I am in my life and [where] they are in their life, I’ve got a boyfriend I’ve had for three years, it was nothing to do with anyone else apart from me.”

Lauren admitted she wouldn’t have listened to anyone else about her body, needing to get to the point where losing weight was her choice and no one else’s.

“There was nothing that could influence me, no one that could come to me and go "do this". I did it at my time, when I was ready.”

Lauren’s mum tried to tell her daughter that she thought she was struggling with her body image.

“My mum once said to me "You know you get the skinny girls that think they’re fat, you’re fat but think you’re skinny." Body dysmorphia!”

Well, she will definitely keep her biceps pumped trucking that 4 stone bock of actual fat around...
