Lauren Pope has opened up about her unpleasant experiences with internet trolls.
The 32 year old admits she feels confident now, but was hugely insecure during her twenties because of people being nasty on social media.

Speaking to MailOnline, the TOWIE star said: “In my twenties I was very insecure about the way I looked and silly trolls on social media would tell me I was ugly and wasn't as attractive as the other* TOWIE* girls.
“To be able to finally embrace the way I look has been very liberating.”
Landing a modelling contract with Elite Models last year was a “huge confidence boost” for Lauren and she says she’s looking forward to being part of the industry after becoming interested in all things fashion in her thirties.
“I think it evolved as I headed towards my thirties. My interest in style and fashion started to grow and from there I started to take a genuine interest in what I wore and how I wore it.”
