Love Island is back on telly NEXT WEEKEND and it’s looking like it’s going to get explosive. Why? Well, Lauren Richardson is reported to be going on the show.
She’s the girl who Zayn Malik was photographed allegedly holding hands with in Thailand before he quit One Direction.
And Lauren’s going to be damned if she’s keeping schtum, according to reports.
“Lauren sees Love Island as a great opportunity for people to see the real her. She has kept a low profile since the stories ran about her and Zayn, and there are a lot of untruths that she wants corrected,” an insider told* The Mirror*.
Untruths? We need to know what these are, NOW (but we’ll have to wait until June 7, when the show actually starts to find out what they are).
“[Lauren] never asked for the attention but now wants something positive to come from the situation,” the insider continues.
“She is looking forward to getting to Majorca and, hopefully, finding love in the process.”
We’re predicting that Directioners will NOT be happy with this, but hey – Lauren can have a whinge to Caroline Flack if she’s really feeling their wrath. CAZZA KNOWS.
And even if Lauren is getting social media mobbed by Zayn fans, she can get a tan along the way.
