You might argue that being on Instagram and following nobody is totally pointless. What do you scroll through when you're hungover on a Sunday? Oddly, Liam Payne knows all about this considering he's got 11.9 million followers and, up until recently, has followed nobody.

Anyway, all that's changed because he's finally followed Cheryl. So now he can scroll through his and Cheryl's photos. Which still feels a bit dull for us, but hey, who are we to judge? We follow 34 dog-based accounts and the rest are just memes.
This comes after Cheryl stepped out with her boyf last week sporting what looked pretty much like a baby bump, despite the fact that nobody has officially confirmed either way. Friend Olly Murs spoke to The Sun, saying: "It's going to be a fantastic time for them, you could definitely see how happy they are. They will make fantastic parents."
He added: "It was great to see Cheryl and Liam looking so happy".
On top of this, Cheryl's mum Joan Callaghan was seen buying baby stuff a few months back - and did we mention that she's got a massive bump? That's probably the most significant evidence.
Oh no wait, the most significant evidence is that Liam followed her on Instagram. Because we're pretty sure he would only have done that if it was se-ri-ous.
We hope the pair continue to be as happy as they seem, and maybe Liam will branch out and follow us on Insta?
