Liam Payne splashes the cash on £5.1million Surrey mansion

Oh, Liam Payne – what a life the One Direction star must lead. He’s rich, famous and so good looking he could be the new David Beckham.

And now he’s only gone and upgraded his life by snapping up a £5.1million mansion.

The boyband star, who grew up in a £150,000 semi-detached house in Wolverhampton, is set to move into a palatial pad in Surrey.

The three-storey home has a tennis court, swimming pool, cinema and, err, ballet studio – obviously an absolute necessity.

Liam is just 21 – HE’S ONLY 21 YEARS OLD – and his new home will be the ideal place to share with his girlfriend Sophia Smith, although he hasn’t stated they are moving in together, as it’s very private.

A source told The Sun: “The security is insane. Every part of the house and grounds are in camera isolation zones, many heat and motion monitored.”

Liam previously lived close to the centre of London in the Docklands and has also spoken of his plans to buy a holiday home in America in the past.
