Lindsay Lohan threatened with jail after she fails community service again!

But knowing Li-Lo that’s NEVER going to happen and, according to reports in the US, her lawyers are already coming up with ways to get her off the hook.

Lindsay was required to undertake 240 of community service, in connection with her reckless driving case back in 2012, but last November (when TMZ claim she was supposed to show proof she’d completed it in a court) the Mean Girls actress had only managed to complete half.

The judge set a second date for completion – which is next Wednesday – but apparently Lindsay’s still quite a way of finishing off her remaining hours.

It’s reported that her lawyers will now try and claim that she was unable to finish off the time because her community service centre in London was closed for Christmas and will argue that she’s been unable to do anything recently, given the fact she’s been in hospital with a virus.

But seeing as the 28-year-old lately spent a good week or so sunning herself in Bora Bora, rather than doing her time, it’s not known how lenient the judge will be if the prosecution argue she should serve time in jail.
