Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock is said to have been SLAPPED in the face be a 'crazed fan' after enjoying a meal out with friends over the weekend.

She had apparently been at a late-night restaurant in London, following a night out, when a man began hurling abuse at her group of friends.

Leigh-Anne is then said to have been slapped in the face, leaving her shaken and in tears, after defending one of her friends.

Speaking to The Sun, an eyewitness apparently saw the events and said: "He kept saying, 'if my girlfriend was here, you would both feel really intimidated.

“Leigh-Anne’s friend wasn’t going to let it go. She kept saying ‘no I wouldn’t, no I wouldn’t’. And Leigh-Anne started going, ‘Maybe I would, maybe I would’."

According to this eyewitness, the man then told Leigh-Anne's friend to shut up, to which Leigh replied something along the lines of "'Don't say that to her of 'don't be rude.'"

The source then added: "And he walked around the table and leant into her and gave her a clean slap on the face.”

No arrests have been made, but Met Police did confirm: "Police were called on Monday, 28 November at around 04:50 hours by a woman who stated that a man had threatened to assault her and had assaulted another woman she was with.

"The suspect made off prior to police arrival. Officers conducted a search of the area and did not locate the suspect."
