Fans were whipped into a complete frenzy over the weekend when rumours emerged that Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock had gotten engaged to her footballer boyfriend Andre Gray.
The rumours all started when a video emerged of Leigh-Anne and Andre's house warming party, with both of their families in attendance. In the video, Leigh Anne's mum can be heard saying, "Andre, I can't explain it, you're going to make Leigh-Anne the happiest... " , before Andre's mum adds, "Leigh-Anne welcome to the family." As Andre's mum then said, "And I can't wait for the wedding", cheers fill the room, with both Andre and Leigh-Anne clearly emotional.
After the cute video leaked online, fans of the 'No More Sad Songs' singer were quick to comment on the video, with many expressing their excitement.
One user wrote, 'So are they engaged?', with another adding, 'Omg I'm actually crying Watching this omg 😭'. [sic].
As if this wasn't enough, Leigh-Anne then got tongues wagging ever further by dropping the BIGGEST hint that she's set to marry the Watford footballer. Sharing a video of the pair dancing, Leigh-Anne wrote, 'First I want to start by saying thank you to everyone that braved the rain and came down to support me and Andre.. we had the BEST night! 😬🤗 To my baby I love you more than life.. I can’t even put it into words, you are so special and I’m so proud of us 🏠❤️😍❤️'. [sic]

HOWEVER, according to fan account of the happy couple, it turns out Andre's family have confirmed they are NOT engaged!
Sharing a screenshot of a text message from Andre's cousin, a fan account revealed that Andre's family confirmed an engagement didn't happen at the party.
