Jess Wright and Michelle Keegan have shown the world that they truly are already family… by getting all hot and sweaty at the gym together.

The reality star and the former Coronation Street actress donned their finest lycra and scheduled a gym date, and judging by the photographic evidence there was a lot of stretching and kettle ball-ing going on.

Jess shared a snap of the sister-in-law-to-bes with the caption: “Regram from today in the gym me & @michkeegan going for it 2nd day in a row training with @danib_gd.”

The 29-year-old has been keeping busy following her traumatic split from ex-boyfriend Ricky Rayment.

The couple officially parted ways for good in an emotional Bonfire Night episode of The Only Way Is Essex.

Maybe Michelle has a fit friend for Jess to rebound with??
