Lorraine Kelly seemed to make a slightly embarrassing faux pas by declaring “I can sit on your face now” while speaking to Piers Morgan live on TV this morning.
The pair have been joking around ever since TV host Lorraine admitted she found the new Good Morning Britain presenter attractive last week. But viewers were stunned when Lorraine made the cheeky comment.
To give you some context, Piers gave Lorraine a heat-shaped cushion with his face on it and, clearly delighted with her gift, Lorraine – who’s celebrating her birthday today – told Piers: “I can sit on your face now.”
Piers seemed more than pleased with her response and replied: “You can go to bed with me every night now.”
Their innuendo filled banter proved a little too much for some viewers who found it hard to stomach with their cornflakes. “Lorraine Kelly just got excited about being able to sit on Piers Morgan's face #S**tYouNot #TooEarly,” one viewer tweeted.
Another added: “Can't believe @reallorraine just said she was going to sit on @piersmorgan's face. #filthy,”
