Yesterday the devastating news came through that gorgeous couple Louis Smith and Lucy Mecklenburgh have split.
And today, Louis had admitted that he doesn’t “deserve” the Essex beauty.
The Olympic gymnast posted a meme on Instagram under which a fan commented: “You don't deserve @lucymeck anyway she's beautiful and you both ovs wanted different things in life (sic)”
Louis then replied to the fan, writing: "Can't agree with you more on everything you've said lol."
Lucy also broke her post-break-up-Instagram-silence to share a motivational quote after it was confirmed that the pair were no longer together.
The fitness queen shared a message reading: "Everything happens for a reason".
