Louis Tomlinson and ex-fling Briana Junwirth welcomed their baby son Freddie Reign earlier this year - but now the tot is just 5 months old, they have begun custody proceedings over him.
But, according to TMZ, the One Direction star, 24, is reportedly willing to settle the dispute with Briana as long as she confirms with him prior to sharing pictures of their baby on social media.
TMZ also reported that the pair would prefer to settle the battle outside of court, and that Louis is happy to find a solution with Briana as long as he is able to approve of images being posted of his son online prior to Briana doing so.
Briana posts many pictures of herself and her son on her Instagram which is a public profile, and Louis wants to be able to control what the public sees of his son.
Previously, TMZ reported that Briana was trying her best to keep Freddie away from Louis because of his new girlfriend Danielle Campbell.
Briana has reportedly previously complained that the tot came home 'smelling like perfume', which suggests that he had been around Danielle.
Briana has also said in the past that Danielle is "nothing more than a crazed fan who knows her home address and gate security code". Oops.
Louis will reportedly seek joint legal and physica custody of Freddie and that he should speng equal time with both of his parents in a 50/50 split.
