Louis Tomlinson is set to find out whether he will face charges following his altercation with a photographer at LAX Airport earlier this month, later today (Wednesday 29 March).
On 3 March, Louis was arrested in Los Angeles following an incident with a photographer, which also saw Louis' girlfriend, Eleanor Calder, caught up in an altercation with two women, who had allegedly been filming the whole thing.
In a video obtained by Radar Online, Louis can be seen rushing over to his girlfriend as it appears a fight is breaking out between the two women, after the fan had apparently pulled out her phone to film Louis' incident with the paparazzi.
The One Direction singer then appears to launch himself at the young fan, to defend his girlfriend. The girl, called Ana Becarra, then falls to the floor and Louis loses his jumper in the scuffle.
Ana has since come out and said she will press charges.
According to The Mirror, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office said a decision on whether Tomlinson will be charged remains "under review", with a spokesperson explaining: "The matter is still under review by our office. If no decision is made by (Wednesday), a new court date will be scheduled."
Speaking after the incident at the airport, which saw a citizen's arrest initially made against Louis, the One Direction star's lawyer, Martin Singer, said: "The paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with Louis at the airport.
"This is not the first or last time that a paparazzi has created an altercation with a celebrity.
"While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during this incident and he came to her defence."
We'll bring you more as we hear it.
