In an effort to help, her cousin Amber took to Twitter in November 2018, to ask everyone to share Jordan's story to 'keep her spirits hit and keep her smiling!'.

Amber posted a tweet, 'Help my beautiful, brave and inspirational little cousin to get a message from her biggest idol @Louis_Tomlinson to keep her spirits high and keep her smiling! Please read and share her story, she is an inspiration! DO YOUR THING TWITTER! #JordanTheWarrior'.

Now, Louis Tomlinson has sent Jordan a message, telling his fan that he's read up on her story. In the video he tells Jordan, "I have to agree, [you're] a very, very strong woman". He goes on to say that have a common interest in football, and although he's, "kind of lost his touch," he'll get it back.
