Louis Walsh on Natalia Kills: “She’ll never work again”

It’s fair to say Louis doesn’t have much time for the fired X Factor New Zealand judge…

Louis Walsh has given his opinion on fired* X Factor New Zealand* judges Natalia Kills and her husband, fellow judge Willy Moon.

The X Factor UK judge said that the couple – who were fired for bullying – were "just trying to be cruel" to contestant Joe Irvine.

During an interview on Irish radio show* 2FM*, Louis said: "Number one, I don't know who they are."

He continued: "They're just trying to be cruel. They're just trying to make fun of the contestant and you're not supposed to do that. You're supposed to judge them and it's unfair and it's wrong and I'm glad they lost their jobs.

"Come on, you judge people and you're honest and you talk about their voice, not their clothes or their personality because they're amateurs out there on a professional stage and we're supposed to help them.

"It wouldn't happen on The Voice of Ireland or* The Voice UK* and it definitely wouldn't happen on The X Factor [UK]."

When Louis learned that Natalia had a career as a singer in New Zealand, he replied: "She obviously has no class, no taste. She'll never work again I reckon. Who's going to hire her? Nobody.

"It's cruel and it's not right. These shows are supposed to be fun. People sit back and they want to be entertained. They don't want to hear people taking people to pieces."
