We all know she’s a fan of a thirst trap on Instagram, so it’s no surprise to hear Louise Redknapp is back to a strict workout regime to get her feeling sexy again.
“Louise has been doing a strict workout including stomach crunches at 6am in a bid to get washboard abs to show them off on social media. She’s been doing intense circuit training and working out with a new trainer as well as doing private classes on Zoom. She’s really stepped things up and it’s not just a New Year’s resolution.”
After spending Christmas with ex-husband Jamie Redknapp and their two sons – Charley, 16, and Beau, 12 – it seems the 46 year old has been spurred on to set some new goals. And it might just have something to do with Jamie’s model girlfriend, 37-year-old Frida Andersson-Lourie.
“Louise has a game plan: She wants to find herself a new man while also making Jamie jealous,” our insider shares.
