Following his split with ex-wife Louise Redknapp in 2017, news emerged earlier in the week that former footballer Jamie Redknapp had moved on with British model Lizzie Bowden. Now, Jamie's ex, Eternal singer Louise, has opened up about the breakdown of her 19-year marriage, admitting she 'still loves' Jamie.
She told Metro, "I always hold everything in my heart and there’ll never be a day that I don’t feel sad about it because he was my husband for 20 years and the love I had for him will never leave me."
She added, "But, I’ve had to pick myself up and find a better place and I’m definitely loving working again."
Louise, who appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016, also praised her ex-husband for being an amazing father.
The pair share two children together, 14-year-old Charley and 10-year-old Beau, with Louise telling the publication, "He is an amazing dad and we speak every day because the kids do a million things. We live five minutes from each other and when you’ve got children your lives are very much intertwined."
