A memoir, if you will…

Summer 2017 feels like a distant memory and, quite frankly, we’ve forgotten what it feels like to be warm and not encased in about 4253223 layers.

One thing we certainly haven’t forgotten about is the absolutely epic series of Love Island we were blessed with last June. Partly because there was enough dramz to last us a lifetime, but mainly because the stars on the show have been here, there and everywhere since.

Kem Cetinay’s currently appearing on Dancing On Ice, Olivia Attwood and Chris Hughes are about to star in their own show, and now, after conquering the worlds of rap and reality TV, Chris is writing a book.

He’s announced he’s releasing a book all about his life, with stories from his time on Love Island and the events that followed after the show.

The book’s called YOU BANTERING ME?, naturally, and is due to be released in May this year.

Announcing the news on Instagram and Twitter, Chris wrote: “Guys, I’m working on a book! It’s called YOU BANTERING ME? (obvs) and I’m packing it with loads of great stories from my childhood, from behind the scenes at Love Island, and from my life as current. You can pre-order it NOW (link in my bio) and it will be published on the 3rd May. Stay tuned... 💜”

Speaking about the new book to The Sun, the Love Islander revealed: “As anyone who watched will know I’m never short of something to say! I’m very excited about getting to share my story with everyone.”

He added: "It’s been crazy how much has happened to me in the last year and how much my life has changed.

“In this book I’ll tell you about the full journey my life has been so far including all the tears, laughter, arguments and banter!"

We can’t wait to give it a read, tbh.
