Since Love Island disappeared off our screens on Monday, there’s been a lot of speculation in the heat offices as to what the ex-Islanders would be up to next.
Will Montana Brown release a booty workout DVD? Will Kem Cetinay and Chris Hughes put out a collab with Stormzy?! And will Dom Lever’s UK tour (which spans longer than his time in the Love Island villa) leave him more famous than Jay Z???
We’re thinking of putting some bets on, tbh.
But Marcel Somerville hasn’t even given us long enough to speculate, as he’s already gone and announced that Blazin’ Squad is re-forming AND that he’s going to be releasing a book.
Yep, A BOOK. And we cannot wait to read it.
Given the fact he was such an agony uncle in the villa, Marce’s book will, appropriately, be called ‘Dr Marcel’s Little Book of Big Love’ and will be full of life lessons that he learnt during his time on Love Island.
Speaking to The Sun, Marcel said: “I’ve always been the one my friends would go to for romantic advice, so being able to be a guru to the nation is an exciting prospect.
“Dr Marcel’s Little Book of Big Love is gonna share all my knowledge and all the things I learned during my Love Island experience.”
We don’t know about you, but we can’t bloody wait to hear Dr Marcel’s pearls of wisdom…. and we’re not the only ones.
One Twitter user replied to his announcement saying, “congratulations you gent,” while another said, “can’t wait for this book, let’s see what Doctor Marcel says!”

We don’t care how he did it, if Marcel’s made a book with his love advice you can bet we’ll be the first in line to read it.
