When they come out the Love Island villa, most former Islanders spend their time doing endless club appearances and promoting teeth whitening products on Instagram.
They reel out a UK tour full of PA’s (King of Manchester, we’re looking at you, and they remind each other to ‘stay humble’ in inspirational social media posts…
However, one Love Island star appears to have gone against the crowd, and has landed a massive job hosting MTV News.
Yup, the villa’s very own Montana Brown has got herself an ACTUAL PRESENTING GIG.
She’ll be fronting the MTV’s flagship online news programme every Monday, starting next week, and will join a host of weekly celeb presenters, including James Barr, Tinea Taylor, Georgie Wright and Zac Fox.
Speaking exclusively to heatworld, she said: “Presenting has always been the dream job so to secure MTV is just really exciting.
“I honestly can’t believe it’s happened, I’m over the moon and can’t wait to get stuck in.”
Montana’s MTV role isn’t her only success since leaving the Love Island villa, she’s also the UK’s first brand ambassador for the clothing brand, Pretty Little Thing (and if you haven’t checked her range yet, you SERIOUSLY need to!).
Speaking about Montana’s new role at MTV, Jo Wells, Digital Vice President, added: "We are so excited to have Montana on board and think she will be an amazing addition to our fresh and vibrant News team!"
Eeeek. Good luck, Mon, we know you’ll smash it!
Oh, and while we’re talking about Love Island, did you see that Montana’s ex, Alex Beattie, has been sleeping with fellow Islander Chyna Ellis? You can read more about that here.
