Two years on from winning Love Island 2016 alongside Cara de La Hoyde, Nathan Massey is still a VERY popular figure with fans, but recently he's been the victim of some harsh online abuse about his 'dad bod'.
Online trolls commented on a number of Nathan's Insta snaps, accusing him of putting on weight since he welcomed his son Freddie alongside Cara last year, but now he's undergone a massive body transformation, showing off the results online.
Sharing a before and after shot of his upper body, Nathan has lost one stone and is quite clearly more ripped. Alongside the snap, the dad-of-one wrote, 'I’m not perfect but I’m getting there 💪🏻 operation-dadbod🚫'. [sic]
Fans were quick to comment on the transformation snap, with many praising the reality star for his hard work. One wrote, 'Well done big difference there', with another adding, 'This is great 👍🏼 love the work!' [sic]

After falling in love at first sight when they appeared on Love Island back in 2016, Nathan and his girlfriend Cara de la Hoyde welcomed a baby boy into the world in December 2017.
Nathan confirmed Cara had given birth to a baby boy on Instagram, he wrote, 'The day has finally come !!!! Myself and @cara_delahoyde have become parents to our beautiful baby boy !!! Massive hats off to Cara Who delivered our boy safely !!!!! #thenextchapter 💙👶🏼 P.S I hope you don’t kill me for the pic Cara 😅❤️' [sic]
Then, earlier this year, Nathan popped the question to Cara when he took her back to the place they first met in the Love Island villa.
Nathan told OK! Magazine at the time, "I brought her back to where we met, and took her on a little treasure hunt around the villa to different places which meant something to us. Finally, I blindfolded her, led her to the pool and got down on one knee.”
Cara later said, “It was so romantic that he proposed in the Love Island villa. This is where we met – we’ve come full circle.
