Last summer's Love Island produced a flurry of reality telly romances. In fact, it was a complete LOVE FEST.
And most of the couples that smooched their way to the final are still going strong months later.
Kady McDermott and Scott Thomas are still all loved up and post 816151411526 loved-up sefies to Instagram almost weekly.
Alex Bowen and Olivia Buckland moved in together, got a cute lil dog called Reggie and got enagaged over New Year. Show winners Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde are still loving each other's bants. They even appeared on TOWIE together.
Less can be said for Katie Salmon and Adam Maxwell. Lololol. And Terry Walsh and Emma Jane Woodhams recently called it a day.
SAD.
However, we think we may have a BRAND SPANKING NEW Love Island couple on our hands because welsh hunk Tom Powell (who found love with Sophie Gradon in the villa) has revealed that he's been dating former cast member Malin Andersson (who basically got dumped on national television by scamp Terry Walsh).
Yep. For reals.
Speaking to Daily Star Online, Tom Powell revealed that his relationship with Malin is in it's 'early stages'.
"It's somewhere in between being friends and a relationship," he explained.
"Nothing is official…I don t even know what it is to be honest with you.
"Me and Malin have always kept in touch since the show – I speak to her on a regular basis."
And when asked whether he wants to make things official, Tom admitted that he had always fancied Malin and went as far as saying that he regrets picking Sophie.
Buuuuurn.
"I have no idea what will happen but when I first walked onto Love Island I saw Sophie but I wanted to choose Malin but I couldn’t as I forgot her name."
We do love a new romance.
Especially when most of our favourite telly romances are falling apart by the seams.
