This year’s Love Island has already seen some contestants getting saucy under the sheets, but one former contestant has warned about the risks of having sex on screen.
Speaking to the Daily Star, beauty queen Zara Holland has said the island's bedroom antics have haunted her since, after she was stripped of her Miss GB crown following an on screen romp with fellow contestant Alex Bowen.
During the interview, Zara confessed that she regretted having sex on camera, saying: “If I had my time on the show again I would definitely do things differently, I wouldn’t have sex for a start.”
The TV-star also had some words of warning for the current crop of contestants: “My advice to this year’s islanders is think before you do it. It could haunt you for the rest of your career.”
Zara isn’t the only person who has commented on this season’s sauciness. Last week Amber Davies was filmed getting up close and personal with Kem Cetinay, and her actual mum was watching it.
Yes, you read that right, but Amber's mum was surprisingly cool about it.
Speaking to the Daily Post, the Welsh 20-year-old's mother said about the event:
"She's an adult. I didn't have to watch it. Nothing was shown, it was left to the imagination."
