Lucy Mecklenburgh hits out at body-shamers with before and after airbrushed NAKED shots

The former TOWIE star has a hot bod - we know this from her many Instagram shots.

She even owns Results With Lucy and she definitely practices what she preaches.

Now Lucy Mecklenburgh has hit out at body-shamers who claim negative feedback to a recent nudey shoot she did with Fabulous.

Lucy told her Instagram followers, alongside a before and after retouched image from the mag's shoot: "I'm sick of people saying that the photos I post have loads of editing & photoshopping .. This is a photo I took from the photographers screen on the day of the shoot & the one that went in @fabmagpics not the exact image but u get the idea! I don't believe in making an image super airbrushed & unrealistic.

"I'm proud of the body I have worked hard for! That is all."

And doesn't she look FAB in BOTH images. Well done, Lucy.

The 24-year-old isn't the first celebrity to hit back at "haters"

*Keeping Up With The Kardashian *star Khloe Kardashian also spoke to her "haters" about nasty comments made after her shoot with *Complex. *

"This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts! The image on the left is an unretouched photo from the actual camera on the day of the shoot," Khloe said.

"The image on the right is the retouched photo. Yes skin is smooth and shadows are removed but I still think I look good on the left image. Flaws and all (SIC) hi hater!!!"

So it goes to show eat clean and train well and you too can maintain the body YOU want.
