Ex- The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh has made as all want to throw away the chocolate biscuits, drop and do 20 sit ups after sharing her latest ‘fitspiration’ selfie.
The 23-year-old shared a snap on Instagram writing: "No rest day for the wicked!!!”
Baring her toned tum Lucy displayed what appears to be the beginning of a 6-pack. Maybe she’s been tag-teaming workouts with new boyfriend, gymnast Louis Smith.

Over the past year, Lucy has reinvented herself as a fitness guru. She founded her own personal training company- Results With Lucy- and earlier this year released her own book.
But Lucy isn’t the only former TOWIE star making a move into the world of fitness. Former co-star Sam Faiers recently launched her own fitness website and the pair reportedly ‘unfollowed’ each other after a fall out over their growing business empires.
