This whole Camila-Cabello-leaving-Fifth-Harmony thing's an absolute SHAMBLES, isn't it? Both parties have told their sides of the story in lengthy statements totally unsuitable for anyone with bad eyesight/an iPhone 5 or below; and now Camila's pal Machine Gun Kelly's revealed the real reason she quit the band.
Yup, he reckons she was actually 'picked on.'
To cut a rather long story short, 5H announced they'd been told of Camila's departure 'via her representatives on December 19th. She responded claiming she was 'shocked' by their statement before they hit back essentially accusing Camila of lying, saying they'd 'made every effort to sit down and discuss the future' with her.
Mess.
ANYWAY, now Machine Gun Kelly off of her Bad Things duet reckons Camila was bullied in the band. He told a radio interviewer: "Camila's such a strong person, but she's an innocent young girl. It kinda sucks to feel like all these people just did a quick back turn. The constant releasing of statements, it's like say you're piece, but you know?
Check out the interview RIGHT HERE, honey:
"Camila is a star and this isn't something that started in a garage together. It was put together, so be grateful for the years that it was and I think be happy for what's to come.
"I know Camila. There's no trickery going on or behind-the-back stuff. It was odd that it happened on the day that we got our gold plaque for Bad Things, you know what I mean? The way that it played out wasn't great timing for someone to be looked at like 'oh, you did the right thing.'
"But I know it was all so genuine. I'm not in that group. Camila and I have our relationship and I don't have a relationship with them. I just don't like seeing someone like that get almost get picked on, I guess."
