Writing on her lifestyle blog recently, Millie said she needed some gymspiration after a blow-out sesh at Coachella last month.
"While in LA I wanted to keep fit, especially after all the junk food consumed at Coachella. The two things I really got into were hiking and soul cycle," she explained.
"Hiking for half an hour is a great low-intensity exercise, you reap the benefits without putting your body through the stress of running," she added.
