There we were, just casually watching This Morning (sorry boss, we were still working, honest) - when a guy called Nathan Thursfield caught our eye.
The (very lovely looking) 20 year-old was on the TV show explaining to Holly and Phil how he'd spent a whopping £40,000 on surgery to look like his idol, Katie Price.
Apparently he met Katie in 2007 when he was just 13, and since then has been so obsessed with the glamour model, he decided to spend a bucket load on surgery to look like her.
Nathan's had loads of treatments, including botox, fillers, facials, tans and two nose jobs, and although he's nearly £20,000 in debt, he still wants more work done, including bum augmentation and veneers.
He revealed on the programme: "I just didn’t feel like it was me, I didn’t feel like I should be a boy. I did consider having a sex change."
But he also added that he wouldn't get his boobs done like his idol Katie:
"If I was going down that route I’d definitely have a sex change. There’s no point in me being a man with boobs but I’m comfortable now, I copy her face. I like the pouty look."
Nathan has met Katie several times, and claims she is supportive of the super-fan, but thinks he's crazy at the same time.
Twitter's reaction to Nathan was mixed, ranging from users exclaiming how he looks nothing like Pricey, to people saying how beautiful he looked.
