*All I Want For Christmas... *is Mariah Carey directing her own movie! Yes, for reals.
Apparently the singer is trying to officially take reign of her already credited Christmas cheer by directing a film for the festive season titled, *Christmas Melody. *
**The songstress's movie is also set to star Mean Girls actress Lacey Chabert - you know her, she's the one that played the role of Gretchen Weiners.

And appaz Lacey was Mariah's ONLY request, according to TMZ.
This is due to the fact that the 33-year-old actress played Mariah's "favourite character" in the teen-flick. How sweet.
And while it doesn't appear like Mariah will be doing any acting in her festive flick she will have a huge musical input for the film which started filming in Cincinnati, Ohio, yesterday.
It's definitely NOT too early to talk about Christmas.
Elsewhere, Mariah is proving her make up talents by collaborating with MAC for a new lipstick range.
She will be launching her '90s-inspired collaboration with M·A·C in 2016 – and it’s fittingly been named the Mariah x M·A·C Beauty Icon Collection. You go girl.
Mariah's directorial debut is set to air on the Hallmark Channel on December 19.
