Marnie Simpson has hit out at her ex Ricky Rayment and slammed him for not being “geniuine”.
The Geordie Shore star was engaged to The Only Way Is Essex cast member but she called it off after three months.
And she now thinks Ricky wasn’t all he seemed to be when they were dating.
She told BANG Showbiz: “At the time I did love him and I did think he was a genuine person but now, when I look back, and the way he is going on now with everything, I don’t think he was really what I thought he was.
And the split has left her with such bad feelings that Marnie is unsure about getting into another relationship.
She said: “I won’t jump into anything too quickly. I’ll always make sure that I take things slow.
“If you have something that is really serious, don’t be so public about it.
“If it’s serious and personal not everyone needs to know.”
