Marnie Simpson was spotted out in Newcastle with a mystery man, without her engagement ring over the weekend, causing fans to question whether she'd split from her fiancé Ricky Rayment.
Last night she posted a cryptic tweet saying: "Everything happens for a reason in this life."
Now the Geordie Shore star posted that the mystery man was just a friend and that she left her ring at home, OK?!
The 23-year-old told her 500,000 Twitter followers: "A boy who is also my longest friend, who is also currently dating my best mate automatically means I'm partying with another fella!"

An hour later Marnie posted: "I'm aloud to have friends who are boys, stupid media making out something bad My ring was at home as I didn't want to loose it ... Big deal!"
It was understandable for fans to question the reality TV couple may have broken up, especially after Ricky yesterday tweeted a sad face emoji.
The former TOWIE star later revealed he was just suffering a hangover and told his followers: "Feeling fragile! Sofa, duvet and loads of food for me today."
The other debate centering Marnie during the past two weeks is that she's gone and quite Geordie Shore.
It all began when a story emerged that claimed Marnie was being dropped after a blazing row with MTV over the filming of her engagement to Ricky.
