When Marnie Simpson burst onto George Shore, she revelled in telling views she was a 'natural beauty' and claimed she was as 'real' as they come.
But after going under the knife on multiple occasions, there's no denying that the reality TV star looks remarkably different to how she used to.
After uploading her latest Instagram snap that revealed details of the dental work she recently received, fans were quick to highlight her changing looks and begged her to stop.
One fan wrote, "Jesus christ!! What have you done to yourself? Why?? You lot obviously have the same surgeon cos yous are all starting to look the same.."
Another added, "This is horrific I’m actually proper gutted girls are doing this to themselves. She was so beautiful".
One follower even said, "Ruined your face so much, used to be so pretty man. Look like an alien now."

The Georgie star captioned the snap, "I want to say a massive thank you to @dental_centre_turkey for my new smile.
"I now feel so confident and can’t thank you enough! You have boasted my self esteem and the care and service was incredible. Ps. Excuse the baby hair".
Marnie has made no secret of her surgeries, admitting to undergoing a nose augmentation, lip fillers and liposuction.
The star even agreed she'd gone too far last year, telling Closer, "I know I went overboard with my lips; and with liposuction, I felt like I'd been in a car crash afterwards.
"I was left with all these limps and bumps. I thought, 'Why have I done this?' I've ruined my looks."
Marnie explained that being trolled on Twitter led to her decision to change her appearance, adding, "I always find things wrong with me and it's taking all my willpower not to have any more surgery."
