So we bet this was the last thing Meek Mill expected to happen after he dissed fellow rapper Drake, claiming he doesn't write his own raps.
Toronto politician Norm Kelly, known for being flamboyant with his tweets, posted a message to Meek saying he is "banned" from Toronoto. HA.
TOP NEWS
Although, if you've listened to any Drizzy Drake raps, we're sure he can handle his own, but Norm still felt the need to back one of his own and tweeted Meek: "You're no longer welcome in Toronto." Yes, because that's going to stop Meek from stepping foot in your home city.
Hilarious piece of info - Nicki Minaj's fiance is due to perform in Torono in FIVE DAYS. Awks.
Meek responded to the politician with:
Safe to say Meek will have no friends in Toronto by the time he gets there (and we think he doesn't care), which is why Norm back-tracked a little bit and questioned:
All this drama erupted after Meek declared all-out war on Drizzy when he tweeted: "Stop comparing drake to me too.... He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out!"
And now Drizzy kind of addressed Meek's diss.
Via a direct message on Instagram, his friend Hitman Holla (real name Gerald Fulton Jr.) reached out to support Drake.
Hitman posted a screenshot of a conversation on Twitter, showing Drake hit back by saying: "I signed up for greatness. This comes with it." Ooh, burn.
So don't worry folks, Drake's got this under control.
