Feisty Essex girl, Megan McKenna, is known for speaking her mind (and getting jiggy with it on camera). So it’s no surprise the brunette beauty has been selected to “sex up” the CBB house according to show insiders.
"Fans love housemates who aren't afraid to say what they think and stand up for themselves in an argument," one source told the Daily Star. "She'll be perfect for the house, and it doesn't hurt that she's sexy as hell.”
After shagging Jordan Davies on the last series of Ex On The Beach and posting a hand job vid on Snapchat, MTV are counting on more X-rated antics from the former barmaid now that she’s single.
But in an exclusive with Closer Online, Megan revealed she wants to get serious about her music this year. She’ll be back in series three of EOTB, but will we see a softer side to Megan in the house?
Here’s everything you need to know about reality TV’s sexiest (and craziest) star…

Mine is just captured on camera, whereas Ellie’s is behind closed doors. I’m sure she’s been in the same boat." Quite.

Megan McKenna is NOT related to Marty McKenna, OK? Stop saying that she is!
Megan McKenna’s rise to fame - from childhood dramas…
Speaking exclusively to Closer Online, Megan said: “I had a really happy childhood. One of my earliest memories is going away with all the family – including my nan and granddad – to our caravan.”
But Megan always dreamed of stardom. “I spent every lunchtime in the music room, practising my singing and playing the guitar – music is all I’ve ever wanted to do.”
Despite her good looks and talent, Megan was psychologically and physically bullied by her classmates. She revealed: “I still spent all of my time in the music room, but the bullying got so bad that, in the end, I couldn’t cope.”
Megan left school and the bullies behind for the performing arts. “I started to love what I was doing again,” Megan said. “I was finally surrounded by people like me and I made some really good friends.”
…to teenage heartache…
Unfortunately, things turned sour (again) when Megan discovered boys.
She met her first serious boyfriend at 19. “He was horrible to me,” Megan said. “He didn’t trust me; he’d turn up on nights out just to cause trouble.”
After three years, Megan saw the light and dumped the cheating cad to focus on reality TV as a route to stardom.
…to her X Factor flop…
After failing to wow the judges on Britain’s Got Talent and a brief stint in Jessica Wright’s band LOLA, Megan set her sights on the X Factor.
“The first time, in 2013, I made it to boot camp but didn’t get any further,” Megan said. “But then someone told me I have a country-kind of voice, so I auditioned again.”
2014 got off to flying start when Simon Cowell said he appreciated her country twang. But he did a 180 on his first impression in later rounds.
Megan explained: “At the six chair challenge, after telling me he liked my voice, Simon said I’d never be taken seriously as a country singer because I’m from Essex.” Harsh, Simon, harsh. Essex girls can do anything, surely?
…to reality TV
Megan has spent the last two years steaming up our screens on MTV’s Ex On The Beach.
Against the odds, she charmed the pants off renowned player, Jordan Davies, who fell in love with the sexy starlet. Last year, he relocated from Wales to her family home in Essex.
“When I first saw Jordan, I thought, ‘cocky pr*ck!’ I knew all about his reputation,” Megan said. “But he’s obviously really hot so I thought there was no harm in having a flirt. I’ve been let down so many times in the past, I didn’t know what to think.”
But the end of 2015 brought bad news for fans of the couple, with Megan announcing their split on Twitter…
Now that she’s single and ready to rebound, we hope Megan can take a break from her music ambitions to wreak some havoc in the CBB house. We’re counting on that hot temper and hot body to keep us tuned in after ten seasons.
