Celebrity Big Brother. A bunch of celebrities locked in a house together for a few weeks where they have to earn their food through tasks, deal with the fiery personalities that have been chucked into the mix and have NO contact with the outside world at all. Sounds like a social media savvy celeb's worst nightmare, right?
Right. So is that why Megan Mckenna has taken her mobile phone into the house with her? A shiny, iPhone-like object was spotted by viewers in Megan's hand on last night's show was an actual phone or not, and it's got fans fuming.
Many viewers took to twitter to complain; one tweeted 'As if @Megan_McKenna had her phone out on tonight's show and no one's got on to it'. Oh dear.
The new series has only been running for a week, but has already been filled with outrageous drama and arguments. And the newest scandal to rock the house is this one exactly - was that REALLY a phone that Megan was checking? A spokesperson for the show has insisted that this was not the case at all.
Megan was apparently playing with Jonathan Cheban's phone case that the reality star had brought into the house with him to prevent him having withdrawal symptoms from his phone.
A spokesperson for Megan also posted on her twitter on her behalf: 'FYI for all those saying Megan has her phone in the house... She does not!! This is Team Megan tweeting on her behalf.'
Hmm. Still, looks very much like some kind of iPhone to us!
