The happy couple outlined a long list of rules for their wedding guests on the invites sent out earlier this year
Guests invited to the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on May 19th have spoken out about the strict guidelines given to them for the big day.
And while we knew the shindig would have quite a bit of security - we're not sure how we feel about the 7-page-long list sent out with their wedding invites.
Wedding guests have been advised not to make their way their by train or bus, and have been asked to meet at the Windsor Farm Shop after taking either a 'red' or 'green' route.
But what will go on at the farm shop? Even more fun, as guests will undergo strict security checks and asked to show ID. Wowzas.
They've also been told that they're not allowed to bring ANY hand luggage - only handbags and 'rainwear'. And when it comes to cameras? They're completely banned.
Before the private reception after the ceremony, 'phones and any other devices used for image capture' will be confiscated and returned to guests at the end of the night.
And there will be no chance of nipping to the loos to top up on lippy, either, as the guidelines add: “Guests are advised that there are very limited toilet facilities in St George’s Chapel, but these are available for guests’ use between 9am and 11am at which point this facility will become restricted for the duration of the service.”
Guests have also been warned not to bring their swords (we're not joking) and that a day dress and hat is the only thing suitable for a woman to wear.
Still, we'll always be a bit gutted we weren't invited...
We'd love to hear from you over on Facebook and Twitter****!
