Former Spice Girl Mel B has broken her silence over speculation about her marriage to Stephen Belafonte for the first time since the* X Factor* final.
Last night she shared a photo of the two of them together, writing in the caption: "This is for my fans havin problems with my Twitter will be back soon!
"I'm very good was very polly but much better now and for the record my hubby never would lay a hand on me sorry took so long but any response fuels rumors #lovemyfamily #lovemyfans."
Earlier this month, the judge missed the final performance of her one remaining X Factor contestant, Andrea Faustini, due to illness. However, she was back for the very last show of the 2014 talent competition, which saw Ben Haenow walk away with the record deal.
Upon her return, host Dermot O'Leary asked how she was feeling, she said: "OK…ish."
Mel's husband of seven years then took to Twitter to reassure fans:
Then, after Mel shared her Instagram photo last night, film producer Stephen tweeted again to hit out at the press speculation.
Mel and Stephen spent Boxing Day together with their family, with Mel posting a snap of the couple with three of their children reclining on a sofa. "Have a merry Christmas! #familytime #funday," she wrote next to it.
