Mel B hints she might STILL want a lesbian relationship if she wasn’t married to husband

She's once had a long-term girlfriend (and won’t stop yakking about it)

Mel B was always banging on about Girl Power during her Spice Girls days, and it’s now no secret she’s enjoyed a bit of lady lovin’ (well, more than a bit – she had a girlfriend for five years) in the past.

The X Factor judge – who admits she’s played tonsil tennis with her bandmates Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell – has hinted she may still be looking for a relationship with a woman if she wasn't married to husband Stephen Belafonte.

She told Attitude magazine: “I had a great five-year relationship with a lovely lady who I still talk to to this day, and that’s that. I mean, if it happened yesterday I would probably be saying something different.

“But I’ve been married to my husband for seven years.”

Aww, all that marital bliss must be lovely for ol’ Scary. She does admit, however, that she enjoys a bit of window-shopping, and she’s WAY more likely ogle some ladies than her hot-blooded male hubby.

She said: “I would be the first person to say to my husband, to this day, ‘Oh my God look at that woman over there, she’s absolutely stunning!’

“I would be way more likely to point out a woman than my husband would be. But that’s because I think women are beautiful. Where that puts me – in whatever category – I’ve no idea.

“Do I want to spoon with a woman, and snuggle? No. I want to do that with my husband. At 17 I wanted to spoon and snuggle and do everything with a woman… But not right now.”
