There is nothing we don't love about the Spice Girls.

Obvi their music was the soundtrack to the '90s – 2 Become 1 is definitely on our Christmas playlist.

Can you believe they only released THREE albums?

Then there was their fashion - Geri's Union Jack dress is ICONIC and Mel B's leopard print obsession still gives us style inspo today.

But just when you think you can't love the girls anymore, Mel C just said something amazing.

Mel talked about the pressures of being so famous at such a young age – she was only 20 when she joined the group.

She told BBC Good Food:

"I developed an eating disorder; I was in the spotlight, being photographed constantly, and I started to become self-conscious of my body image."

Mel said that she was in denial for a long time, but went through different therapies to get better. She tried talking and holistic therapies, as well as acupuncture.

She also said that she has a much healthier relationship with food and fitness now, which is amazing news.

Having seven-year-old daughter Scarlett is also a massive reason for Mel to stay healthy. She says that she's worried about the messages little girls hear about their bodies, and that we need to get back to understanding what we put in our bodies.

Go girl!

In other Spice Girls news, Geri, Emma and Mel B teamed up to release Song For Her which was leaked on social media (of course), but Mel C is not involved.

In fact, we think she might be throwing shade at GEM after THESE comments.

Oooooooh.
