Madonna is no stranger to shocking her audience, and we’ve come to expect it from the singer.
But her outfit at the Met Gala in New York on Monday night caused even us to do a double take.
The Like A Virgin warbler, 57, strutted down the red carpet with her boobs and bum casually hanging out.
Ok, so, they weren’t completely out - they were covered in lace and she did put some effort in and cover her nipples in black tape but there was plenty of flesh on show.
Her clothing choice, designed by Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy, would have looked perfectly at home in the video for her 1998 hit single Ray Of Light, it was just a little more revealing.
Posing on the red carpet with designer Riccardo, Madonna showed off the black outfit which featured a pair of thigh-high boots and left the rest of her legs on show apart from some thin strips of material wrapped around them.
She wore a see-through lace shirt with material wrapped around her arms but her boobs were left out for all to see.
Resting on her blonde hair was a silver headpiece to add a bit of bling.
Madonna appeared to enjoy the attention she was getting from the crowds that lined the red carpet.
And her revealing costume clearly wasn’t enough exposure for the star that evening - she told the press the ensemble made it “very hard to pee”.
Ah, classic Madonna…
