Michelle Keegan has told body-shamers to stop judging women on their appearance, by way of an ‘inspirational’ Instagram message.
Posting the image on her account, she captioned it: “Never judge, just be YOU.”
The message reads: “A real woman has curves has muscles is skinny is whatever the hell she wants to be.”

But despite Michelle’s best intentions, her followers aren’t totally on board with the message.
“Easy to say when you're all the above,” pointed out one.
“Easy said coming from the girl with worlds best body...” said another.
Yeah. We kind of agree with them – soz, Michelle. We mean...

Yeah.
Back in June, a Facebook user purporting to be Michelle wrote a post about skinny-shaming, saying calling people axorexic or too skinny is just as bad as branding someone fat and obese.
Turns out it wasn’t Michelle for reals, although the actual Michelle seems to share the same views as the fakester.
Over the weekend, the ex-Coronation Street star put up a snap of some butterfly cakes she’d baked, saying making them was “hard graft”.
Actual LOL.
