Former Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan is a very private person - she barely discusses her marriage with TOWIE star Mark Wright! But in an interview on This Morning earlier today, Michelle - whose new show Brassic is about to air - revealed the one thing that divides the pair.
Our Girl actress Michelle, who is from Manchester, and Mark, who is from Essex agree on nearly everything - but the North-South divide does come into play when the the couple visit a chippy for their tea (dinner?!).
She admitted, "Everyone always asks me that question. I don’t feel the divide. The only thing he does is when we go for Pie and Mash, he goes for liquor and I go for the gravy. That’s the only divide."
For any Northerners reading this who are wondering what on EARTH liquor is and why you'd put it on your pie instead of gravy, let us enlighten you - it's like a weak parsley sauce. 🤷♀️

She also explained what the show is about, referring to her co-star Joe Gilgun who many will know from his role as Woody in the This Is England franchise. "We focus heavily on mental health.
"The guy who created the show, Joe Gilgun, is very open about the fact that he has bi-polar and you see that thread running through the whole series. It puts it in a positive light as well. People talking about it and it doesn’t have to be a taboo subject."
