Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright have long been the target of speculation about their 16-month marriage – namely that their busy schedules were making it difficult for them to keep their relationship on track.
While the couple have fought hard to dispel the rumours, pictures of Michelle without her wedding ring have only fuelled the fire.
And now Michelle has finally addressed the gossip by admitting that they HAVE had difficulties in synchronising their schedules, but said everything is "fine".
"We don't read what is written about us. Are the rumours rubbish? Yeah. We are all very good and everything is fine.
"I have been so busy and Mark has been so busy. But we have just had three days in Majorca which was lovely.
"It was so nice to have each other's undivided attention and not to have to plan anything. It wasn't like, 'I need to be up for filming' or 'I need to do the radio'. It was just downtime."
Mich recently returned from an eight-week stint of filming in South Africa for Our Girl, which starts on Wednesday 7 September, and said it was "weird" coming back and trying to fit into her home life once again.
She added that Mark managed to visit her for just under two weeks in South Africa, bringing his mum and dad out too.
"My mum and brother were also out there so while I was working, Mark could be with his family and mine too," she explained.
"I was also off at weekends so we went for lovely dinners in the evenings. It was nice to have them all see what I do and experience it with me."
The ex-Coronation Street star also revealed that she only takes off her wedding ring to keep it safe during filming.
