RuPaul's Drag Race star Michelle Visage was thrilled to be joining next year's Strictly Come Dancing tour following her success with dance partner Giovanni Pernice - they scored 20 plus for every dance.
However, she's revealed that after being asked to clear her schedule to make the tour possible, her place was passed on.
Michelle said, "I’ll tell you what happened, it’s not that racy or scandalous but... this is the honest to God transparent truth."
The star was asked to clear her working schedule as she had other commitments lined up with RuPaul's Drag Con, but she made it clear to bosses that she would make it possible to do both.

The pundit was the first to be announced, with the official Strictly Twitter writing, 'Our first signing of the #Strictly season is @England football legend David James! ⚽ufe0f'David said, "I'm really excited to be on Strictly this year. Not just competing against this year's stars, but being compared to previous sport stars from previous Strictly seasons. I have some big shoes to fill."
She continued, "I said, 'yes, but I have RuPaul’s Drag Con is there any way I could miss the matinees and I would drive or take a train wherever to get there for the night shows."

Michelle then told them that she would try and move all of her arrangements so she could make the tour.
She said, "They were like you have to do all of them and I was like, okay do you want me to see if I can move it? And they said yes. So I moved it, I got out of it because at one point I was going to do the tour and not drag con and at that point they were like, “Oh I’m sorry, we’re going to pass.
"So I cleared my schedule and they passed me on, so that’s what happened."

The reality star reassuringly confirmed that there was no shade.
Speaking at Samsung KX’s ‘Thread Talks’, she said, "You can’t take it personally. They probably locked people in when they thought that I couldn’t do it so there wasn’t shade, but I would absolutely have loved to have done it.
"Maybe next year we can clear schedules beforehand.", she added.
Michelle recently hinted how she felt about being axed in a tweet. It all came about after another one of this year's contestants, Kelvin Fletcher, replied to a video of a boy dancing, carrying out similar moves to that of Michelle and Giovanni's dance.
He sent the tweet to his dance partner Oti Mabuse, and said, "Hey @OtiMabuse you fancy doing this in our next dance? I’m confident."
Not holding back, Michelle responded by quoting the tweet with, "You'll be sent packing...." and fans were living for the drama.
