Pity it’s already been taken down, eh Miles?

In a noble move to show her support for the Free the Nipple campaign , Miley Cyrus graced Instagram with a topless photo of herself, which unfortunately has already been taken down.

Yesterday the star posted a (surprisingly tasteful for her) black and white shot of her lying in a bed topless, with her hand placed thoughtfully between her breasts.

However, the serenity of the shot was broken by the caption, in which Miley rightfully predicts that the picture will be removed by the site’s administrators.

"Some lame ass deff gonna (flag) dat (shit) but f********k it #practicewhatchupreach #FreeTheNipple #freedatshit,” she wrote in her caption.

If we’re being honest, Miley, that message was never really going to get them on side, was it?

The star also posted some Free the Nipple adverts in the run up to her grand unveiling.

The movement is a worldwide campaign against female oppression and censorship, which counts Girls creator Lena Dunham among its followers.

They're lucky to have you on side, Miles. Just maybe next time, re-jig those captions a bit?
