Now a lot of fans, amongst being disgusted, were also wondering what Miley was up to at the time her foot was getting this grubby, perhaps fire walking?

We know what we're getting Miley for her 23rd birthday in November - a foot spa set with lots of soap.
Now we know she's also hosting this year's MTV VMAs - we just hope she comes to work with clean feet that day.
