Classic Miley Cyrus, this: Miley Cyrus is being sued because her sister’s dog — not her dog, not Miley Cyrus’ dog, but her sister’s dog — bit a model on the leg. FEATHER. FEATHER, THAT WAS A VERY UNCOOL THING TO DO, FEATHER.

Model Yolande Ngom — known professionally as ‘Mancini’ — alleges Brandi’s German Shepherd Feather attacked her at her Los Angeles apartment building in an “unprovoked” attack. She claims the dog bit her on the thigh, leaving scarring, “so bad she’ll never be able to work as a model again”.

How is Miley Cyrus involved, though? Good question, mate. Here’s how Miley Cyrus got involved: she reportedly owns the unit Brandi occupies in the LA building through her company, Smiley Miley, Inc.

A Smiley Miley, Inc. employee was, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, handling Feather at the time of the attack — but lost control, which Yolande claims led to her being left with a deep gash on her right thigh.

So yeah basically that’s all Miley Cyrus’ fault, according to the law.

Anyway, Yolande is claiming lost earnings, and is suing Brandi and Miley’s company for the medical bills and lost wages and then a bit more on top. Miley Cyrus has not yet commented on that time a dog bit a model while she was thousands of miles away on tour.
